Narrative:
GA aircraft was level at FL200. I thought he was at FL220 and climbed aircraft Y to FL200. Conflict alert went off and I tried to stop aircraft Y at FL190. Aircraft Y was already through FL190 and descended back down.

Narrative: GA ACFT WAS LEVEL AT FL200. I THOUGHT HE WAS AT FL220 AND CLBED ACFT Y TO FL200. CONFLICT ALERT WENT OFF AND I TRIED TO STOP ACFT Y AT FL190. ACFT Y WAS ALREADY THROUGH FL190 AND DSNDED BACK DOWN.
