Narrative:

While working local 2 and 3 combined at las vegas tower; runway 7's and 19's in use (confign #6); ground control west had coordinated a B350 to cross runway 19R/left at taxiway north; which I had approved his request after a beech 1900 landed runway 19L. Simultaneously; local assist #1 had informed of a learjet that seem to be lined up for the wrong runway. Seconds later I canceled the crossing at taxiway north with ground control west. The learjet was issued instructions by local 1 to land runway 7R; but continued inbound for runway 1R. The tower supervisor advised local 1 to let the learjet land on runway 1R as the beech 1900 exited taxiway V.

SIMULTANEOUSLY; LCL ASSIST #1 HAD INFORMED OF A LEARJET THAT SEEM TO BE LINED UP FOR THE WRONG RWY. SECONDS LATER I CANCELED THE XING AT TXWY N WITH GND CTL W. THE LEARJET WAS ISSUED INSTRUCTIONS BY LCL 1 TO LAND RWY 7R; BUT CONTINUED INBOUND FOR RWY 1R. THE TWR SUPVR ADVISED LCL 1 TO LET THE LEARJET LAND ON RWY 1R AS THE BEECH 1900 EXITED TXWY V.
