Approximately XA10 landline and dial line communications were severed with adjacent facilities; and the ARTS 2 automation ceased to function with adjacent sectors. Landline communication was later restored; but ARTS 2 continued to be inoperative.

Narrative: APPROX XA10 LANDLINE AND DIAL LINE COMS WERE SEVERED WITH ADJACENT FACILITIES; AND THE ARTS 2 AUTOMATION CEASED TO FUNCTION WITH ADJACENT SECTORS. LANDLINE COM WAS LATER RESTORED; BUT ARTS 2 CONTINUED TO BE INOP.
