Narrative:

Vectored onto ILS localizer runway 3 mkc; intercepted with localizer and GS centered and stable with 600 FPM descent. With localizer and GS needles centered received a low altitude alert between ris 5.2 DME and 4.1 DME. Immediate climb initiated with localizer still centered; abandoned GS component of ILS approach. GS now full deflection down. At 2.5 DME and ris 2000 ft MSL visual contact with airport with localizer centered. Landed runway 3. Before shutdown; confirmed altitude setting at 30.07 as advised by approach controller while being vectored to ILS runway 3. In VFR; confirmed altitude displaying 100 ft lower than expected with centered localizer/GS needles at hys ILS runway 34 4.8 DME 3364 expected; meter reading was 3264. Will address with avionics shop; and also have altimeter p-static calibration confirmed at same time. Will also have emergency static-static drain valve checked for leaks.
