Narrative:

At gate in fra ready for pushback. Got final weights from load planning. Noticed ZFW dropped by about 8000 pounds. Told captain. We put new numbers in FMC. New ZFW was approximately 401700 pounds with a mac of 36.4 giving us a trim of 3.75. On taxi out we got the 'stabilizer green band' advisory message. Rechecked and verified numbers were input correctly into FMC. (They were). Then got out flight manual and looked up the stabilizer green band anomaly. Our gross weight and mac were right in the middle of the 'nuisance region.' per the flight manual we elected to make the takeoff and it was uneventful. 12 mins after takeoff we got a new final weights from load planning. New ZFW was now 410100 pounds and new mac of 32. Just about that time got a note from dispatch stating that someone in fra operations made a 'big mistake.' perhaps the stabilizer green band wasn't a nuisance after all and the airplane was trying to tell us something. Think somebody should take another look at the 'nuisance region?'
