Narrative:

Aircraft was dispatched with the left pack inoperative. On climb out from ZZZ; the right wing body overheat light came on and would not reset. The flight manual called for turning off the right pack; however; this would depressurize the aircraft. We got a clearance to 10000 ft and on the descent through about 14000 ft the light went out. We diverted back to ZZZ and made an uneventful landing.
