Narrative:
The lax station is not in compliance with corporate procedures. During preflight while inspecting the installed nose gear pin I noticed the pin streamer label B737. Upon further investigation I found a B737 and an A320 nose pin on the same ring. Per the ground safety manual only one type of pin is allowed on a ring. I spoke to the ground agent and was told that the lax policy to put both a B737 and A320 pin on the same ring. This policy is in direct conflict with the corporate policy. We had the pin removed and replaced with a single pin.
