Narrative:

I was riding right seat in aircraft xyz from parking area to hangar. Aircraft maintenance inspector X observed our aircraft movement and stated that we had violated general procdures manual 4-12 page 1 section B paragraph 4A,B,C,D. I was unaware of any infraction or unsafe condition. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the inspector was upset about the noise the aircraft made while nosing into the hangar. The reporter said the problem is the ramp leading into the hangar is sloped and very low and if the aircraft is parked before the hangar door tracks, a towbar connection is very difficult. The reporter said it is local procedure to nose the aircraft into the hangar so the nose gear is over the tracks.
