Narrative:
Takeoff from palmer airport was advised another aircraft was landing on runway 34. I was going to take off on runway 16. I had in my mind that he was landing on a cross runway and was down. I misunderstood and took off into the sun and the other plane landed under me as I heard on the radio. My head was up and locked.
