Narrative:

Climbing through 34000 ft; cabin altitude warning horn sounded. Cabin altitude indicated 10000 ft. Followed qrc and QRH procedures and descended to 10000 ft. Cabin altitude never exceeded 12000 ft. Declared emergency for descent. Once level at 10000 ft; all system indicated normal. Terminated the emergency and made normal approach and landing in ZZZ. Passenger oxygen masks did not deploy. No passenger mentioned anything about the event while deplaning in ZZZ. Maintenance found popped aft cargo door seal on aft cargo door.
