Narrative:

Center advised ama plowed; braking good (wind 330-15 runway 4 only one open). Upon approach noticed just center of runway cleared -- was lined up for center of runway at approximately 10 ft AGL; gust of wind pushed me to the east onto the ice/snow packed portion of runway. Touched down; applied brake. The plane immediately weathervaned into the wind and slide back across the runway and stopped in snowdrift approximately 26 inches tall. Ask tower to have someone pull us out. FBO pulled us out; took to FBO.
