Narrative: ACFT AT 17000 RPTED ICING AND REQUESTED DSCNT TO 11000. ACFT #1 WAS ISSUED 11000 AND DSNDED THROUGH ALTS OF ACFT #2 SBOUND AT 16000. RTES OF FLT WERE OPPOSITE DIRECTION; BUT OFFSET BY SEVERAL MI.
