Left nose tire was replaced on dec/xa/06; due to pilot's report of low tire pressure by me and without incident until received from ZZZ maintenance manual stating that they found a spacer missing.

Title: A B767 NOSE TIRE WAS REPLACED FOR A LOW PRESSURE RPT ON A TERMINAL GATE. WHEEL AND TIRE ASSEMBLY REPLACED. TECHNICIANS FAILED TO INSTALL WHEEL SPACER.
Narrative: L NOSE TIRE WAS REPLACED ON DEC/XA/06; DUE TO PLT'S RPT OF LOW TIRE PRESSURE BY ME AND WITHOUT INCIDENT UNTIL RECEIVED FROM ZZZ MAINT MANUAL STATING THAT THEY FOUND A SPACER MISSING.
