Narrative:
We were working on aircraft and changed nose tires left and right. I do not remember if the exterior tang washer was installed. I had north/a'ed on step 5 on work card because there weren't tang washer. I will be more aware of missing washers.

Narrative: WE WERE WORKING ON ACFT AND CHANGED NOSE TIRES L AND R. I DO NOT REMEMBER IF THE EXTERIOR TANG WASHER WAS INSTALLED. I HAD N/A'ED ON STEP 5 ON WORK CARD BECAUSE THERE WEREN'T TANG WASHER. I WILL BE MORE AWARE OF MISSING WASHERS.
