Narrative:

#2 engine fire indication occurred during departure. Takeoff used maximum power due to engine intermix. Normal departure until passing 4500 ft MSL; when #2 engine fire indications were observed. QRH procedures followed. Fire indications went out after the fire handle was pulled. Declared emergency with center. Return to ZZZ was uneventful. Aircraft turned over to fire chief.

Narrative: #2 ENG FIRE INDICATION OCCURRED DURING DEP. TKOF USED MAX PWR DUE TO ENG INTERMIX. NORMAL DEP UNTIL PASSING 4500 FT MSL; WHEN #2 ENG FIRE INDICATIONS WERE OBSERVED. QRH PROCS FOLLOWED. FIRE INDICATIONS WENT OUT AFTER THE FIRE HANDLE WAS PULLED. DECLARED EMER WITH CTR. RETURN TO ZZZ WAS UNEVENTFUL. ACFT TURNED OVER TO FIRE CHIEF.
