Narrative:
A falcon jet departed mia heading 090 degrees. On initial contact I assigned the jet -- climb and maintain 7000 ft. I was working the mia north departure sector (D). About 10 NM east of mia; the falcon turned north on its RNAV route (hedly 1). It should have stayed on the 090 degree vector until turned to another heading or cleared to a fix on the RNAV departure. Luckily; there was no other traffic for the aircraft to conflict with. This is a potentially dangerous situation. We should cancel these RNAV SID/stars now.

Title: MIA TRACON CTLR DESCRIBED INCIDENT WHEN MIA DEP FAILED TO COMPLY WITH ASSIGNED HDG AND FOLLOWED NEW RNAV ROUTINGS.
Narrative: A FALCON JET DEPARTED MIA HDG 090 DEGS. ON INITIAL CONTACT I ASSIGNED THE JET -- CLB AND MAINTAIN 7000 FT. I WAS WORKING THE MIA N DEP SECTOR (D). ABOUT 10 NM E OF MIA; THE FALCON TURNED N ON ITS RNAV RTE (HEDLY 1). IT SHOULD HAVE STAYED ON THE 090 DEG VECTOR UNTIL TURNED TO ANOTHER HDG OR CLRED TO A FIX ON THE RNAV DEP. LUCKILY; THERE WAS NO OTHER TFC FOR THE ACFT TO CONFLICT WITH. THIS IS A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. WE SHOULD CANCEL THESE RNAV SID/STARS NOW.
