Narrative:
Ferried aircraft from ZZZ1 to ZZZ. Air interrupted -- smoke in cabin. Found no problems. After they inoperative floor lights -- installed serviceable bulbs in inoperative position to verify position were ok; flew aircraft to ZZZ (ferry flight) with 3 fluorescent light bulbs removed as we had none in stock. Wrote up items on arrival to ZZZ. Items repaired there (bulbs replaced). Should have placarded inoperative floor lights prior to departure ZZZ1.

Narrative: FERRIED ACFT FROM ZZZ1 TO ZZZ. AIR INTERRUPTED -- SMOKE IN CABIN. FOUND NO PROBS. AFTER THEY INOP FLOOR LIGHTS -- INSTALLED SERVICEABLE BULBS IN INOP POS TO VERIFY POS WERE OK; FLEW ACFT TO ZZZ (FERRY FLT) WITH 3 FLUORESCENT LIGHT BULBS REMOVED AS WE HAD NONE IN STOCK. WROTE UP ITEMS ON ARR TO ZZZ. ITEMS REPAIRED THERE (BULBS REPLACED). SHOULD HAVE PLACARDED INOP FLOOR LIGHTS PRIOR TO DEP ZZZ1.
