Narrative:
MEL 25-17 was applied due to an emergency medical kit being used. Current MEL relief shows 1 kit installed and zero required for 3 flight cycles. Aircraft currently carry 2 complete kits which exceeds far requirements. The deferral overflew the 3 flight cycle MEL limit; but still had a fully svcable emergency medical kit installed. Our MEL has been reviewed and will be revised with an added proviso that if 2 are installed; 1 can be incomplete or missing with no restrs.
