Narrative:

I was notified today that I am being accused of improper documentation in regards to a re-inspect of a crack on the keel beam of aircraft X. The company's position is that I did not include the re-inspection criteria on nrc (non routine card) yet when reviewed the nrc; the repetitive inspection block was filled in with a 50 hour re-inspection. The company's position is now that I should have notified maintenance control. We do not routinely notify maintenance control about tld's (time limited deferred items) and furthermore all of my paperwork is reviewed by my supervisor on a nightly basis and no error was indented.
