Narrative:
I was the PNF departing teb on the teb 5 departure; runway 24. This SID requires runway heading; then right to 280 degrees until passing 4.5 DME teb. The departure was carefully briefed; but the PF failed to level at 1500 ft. We were close to 1700 ft before corrective action was taken. I called to altitude deviation as soon as possible; but we had already exceeded our altitude.
