Narrative:

Esn PAPI equipment on runway 15 and runway 33 has been out of service for nearly a year. The final approach on runway 15 especially is hazardous with trees and power lines on short final. It is very dark on final at night (farmland). The airport management has tried to replace the equipment with no success from the vendor and no estimate of shipment. Situation could use more help from higher up the FAA!
