Narrative:

En route; climbing to cleared altitude of FL320; the aircraft did a slight yaw moment followed by an EPR engine #2 reduction of about .1 and ECAM messages then displayed. Passing through FL260; ECAM engine #2 stall displayed. With first officer as PF; we elected to advise ZAU of an immediate return to ord. Dispatch notified; flight manual referenced; and no engine shutdown was planned as engine parameters were normal. But then an ECAM of engine #2 sensor fault displayed. As a crew; it was felt to be prudent and return to ord than to continue on a 4 hour flight. No emergency equipment was requested and dispatch and ATC coordination a safe return to landing on runway 9R.
