Narrative:
The taxiway lights for txwys south; right; and P and some of the associated runway signs were not visible or working. Numerous other airfield lighting is not usable or working. Air carrier landed runway 31 and was instructed to turn left at taxiway right. He replied that he had it. However; due to the lack of taxiway lighting; he missed taxiway right and turned left onto runway 4/22. Corrective action would be to audit and inspect lga's airfield lighting to identify all broken or unusable lighting. Then ensure the lighting is fixed immediately.

Narrative: THE TXWY LIGHTS FOR TXWYS S; R; AND P AND SOME OF THE ASSOCIATED RWY SIGNS WERE NOT VISIBLE OR WORKING. NUMEROUS OTHER AIRFIELD LIGHTING IS NOT USABLE OR WORKING. ACR LANDED RWY 31 AND WAS INSTRUCTED TO TURN L AT TXWY R. HE REPLIED THAT HE HAD IT. HOWEVER; DUE TO THE LACK OF TXWY LIGHTING; HE MISSED TXWY R AND TURNED L ONTO RWY 4/22. CORRECTIVE ACTION WOULD BE TO AUDIT AND INSPECT LGA'S AIRFIELD LIGHTING TO IDENTIFY ALL BROKEN OR UNUSABLE LIGHTING. THEN ENSURE THE LIGHTING IS FIXED IMMEDIATELY.
