Narrative:

Landed in tpa without landing clearance from tpa tower. No other traffic or conflict. ATC tower frequency tuned; just neglected to contact tower. Contributing factor fatigue. Scheduling call at XA30 to assigned trip that departed at XK05 plus commute added to duty day of 12 hours 29 mins plus 3 hours to commute in to base. First officer PNF; captain PF. Supplemental information from acn 706272: switched to tower frequency but failed to call for landing clearance. Focused on high close visual approach. Fatigue primary contributing factor for both pilots. Fatigue paused by many factors including length of duty days; consecutive days worked and middle of night calls from scheduling. Company seems to regard duty limits as a goal to schedule to instead of a safety limit. Fatigue.
