Narrative:
Tower told us to enter a right base runway 23 and did not give us clearance to land. Forgot to ask for a clearance. We were the only traffic in the area. We landed without a clearance to land. Fatigue might have caused the problem.

Narrative: TWR TOLD US TO ENTER A R BASE RWY 23 AND DID NOT GIVE US CLRNC TO LAND. FORGOT TO ASK FOR A CLRNC. WE WERE THE ONLY TFC IN THE AREA. WE LANDED WITHOUT A CLRNC TO LAND. FATIGUE MIGHT HAVE CAUSED THE PROB.
