Narrative:

On taxi on taxiway J to runway 23; told to follow a B767 by ground. Switched by ground to tower and informed by tower that I had crossed the 'first' hold short line. Told tower we show/see hold short 200 ft in front of us. He then again stated that we were past the first hold short line. Figured out he was referring to the CAT I ILS hold short for runway 23. My company is attempting to convert from one commercial navigation publication to another commercial navigation publication. There is no reference to the ILS CAT I hold short line in any commercial publication from the new provider pertaining to runway 23. There is reference to ILS CAT I hold short on the original commercial provider chart. Toronto was landing runways 26 and departing runway 23. No conflict was created by this confusion. On subsequent nights were instructed by ground to hold short of ILS CAT I line for runway 23.
