Narrative:

I was captain/PNF. My first officer was making the takeoff on runway 34R in sea. When he advanced the throttles and I pushed the EPR button (at 40 KTS) we got the following indications: right pack off light on the overhead panel; EICAS message -- right pack off. Then we got the following: right bleed off light on the overhead panel; and EICAS message -- right engine bleed. My first officer announced the messages and lights and I aborted the takeoff. Rejected takeoff did not engage. My first officer told ATC and I made a PA telling the passenger to remain seated. Tower told us to exit at taxiway north and call cargo for a place to park. We worked on the problem with dispatch and maintenance. We were released to continue and I told dispatch that we had to reduce the release fuel down to 24.4. Everything else was normal. We told the flight attendants and passenger that our problem was solved and took off to den with no further problems.
