Narrative:

During climb out after passing nobly; ATC asked us if we were proceeding to ortro. I looked at the FMC and noted we were tracking to lit. ATC requested we track to ortro as per the departure routing. I loaded the flight plan at the gate and checked the route against the flight plan and clearance with the first officer and did not notice the absence of cobug and ortro prior to leaving the gate. I do not know if either it was missed prior to departure or was dropped during the flight.
