Narrative:

The ASOS WX station at sussex; nj; airport (fwn) has recently been reporting that it is raining when the sky is clear. It hasn't rained here in 3 days. If this element of the WX station cannot be trusted; can all the others? I reported this by e-mail 2 weeks ago to the NWS but they replied that the ASOS station is the responsibility of the FAA.
