Narrative:

I was notified that I needed to see a supervisor. I spoke with management. She informed me that the FAA was investigating the company concerning an aircraft that had flown 95 legs with the emergency medical kit used. I was informed that I was one of the flight attendants involved and that I had flown multiple legs. She did not have any more specifics about the aircraft or dates flown but that I was going to receive a certified letter with the details. The aircraft had had an incident and had flown nearly a month with the emergency medical kit used. The used kit was discovered when it was needed on a flight. The kit is positioned within a locked clear compartment. It is behind and on top of other emergency equipment. The compartment is stuffed so tight that it is impossible to see the 2 yellow seals without opening the compartment and taking all items out. When any item is taken out of this locked compartment; maintenance usually has to repack the compartment. On another trip we picked up a B757 and during the preflight discovered the emergency medical kit had been used and needed to be replaced. Now the company has 2 aircraft within 2 months with the same issue.
