Removed #4 emergency battery to replace with refurbished and reinstalled the same emergency battery removed by accident. #4 emergency battery never replaced. Somehow I got the batteries mixed up before installation. Paperwork was filled out correctly. Needed to doublechk the serial numbers.

Narrative: REMOVED #4 EMER BATTERY TO REPLACE WITH REFURBISHED AND REINSTALLED THE SAME EMER BATTERY REMOVED BY ACCIDENT. #4 EMER BATTERY NEVER REPLACED. SOMEHOW I GOT THE BATTERIES MIXED UP BEFORE INSTALLATION. PAPERWORK WAS FILLED OUT CORRECTLY. NEEDED TO DOUBLECHK THE SERIAL NUMBERS.
