Narrative:

Started the #1 engine and received a right spoileron caution message. I decided to go ahead and start the #2 engine to get both generators on line to see if all messages would clear. They did and the flight control page showed all controls in the green. We taxied out to runway 22R at jfk with no event. Windshear was being reported by the tower so I decided to do a performance takeoff. At about 115 KTS we received an anti-skid caution quickly followed by the right spoileron. I called 'abort' at that point because I knew the takeoff confign warning was about to go off; which it did; as soon as I started to reduce thrust. I carried through the abort procedure and the first officer notified the tower. We got off at taxiway H. Tower was told we needed no assistance and we needed to go back to the gate. We did not explain why we aborted to the tower. The flight attendant and passenger were notified to stay seated and we would brief them when we got back to the gate. The after landing checklist was completed and we proceeded to the gate. All of my brake temperature indications were in the green except the right outboard brake which was a 'white 8.' maintenance was notified of the high speed abort at the gate and why. To date; no cause has been determined. I think the emergency procedure went smoothly. The only thing I did not do is take out the QRH; which I should have to verbalize the procedure. It is my understanding that all the mdc showed was the anti-skid message. The fdr is being pulled to look for the other messages I know we saw and heard.

Title: CRJ-200 FLT CREW HAS A MALFUNCTION DURING TKOF AND ABORTS AT JFK.

MAINT WAS NOTIFIED OF THE HIGH SPD ABORT AT THE GATE AND WHY. TO DATE; NO CAUSE HAS BEEN DETERMINED. I THINK THE EMER PROC WENT SMOOTHLY. THE ONLY THING I DID NOT DO IS TAKE OUT THE QRH; WHICH I SHOULD HAVE TO VERBALIZE THE PROC. IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT ALL THE MDC SHOWED WAS THE ANTI-SKID MESSAGE. THE FDR IS BEING PULLED TO LOOK FOR THE OTHER MESSAGES I KNOW WE SAW AND HEARD.
