Narrative:
Incident occurred at manager. I contacted ground for taxi clearance; and was instructed to taxi to runway 18. I proceeded north on taxiway a. After run-up; I continued north on taxiway a and accidentally crossed the hold short line. I stopped immediately. There was a cessna on final; and from my present position; I did not present a hazard to the landing aircraft. I called morgantown tower and announced that I was ready to go. Tower instructed me to hold short; and noted that I had crossed the hold line. I apologized; and volunteered to taxi back. Tower said I was ok; just hold present position. The cessna did a touch-and-go. The hold short line on taxiway a appears to have been moved back. It is possible that I saw the old markings and taxied to that point.

Title: PA28 PLT HAS A RWY INCURSION AT MGW.
Narrative: INCIDENT OCCURRED AT MGR. I CONTACTED GND FOR TAXI CLRNC; AND WAS INSTRUCTED TO TAXI TO RWY 18. I PROCEEDED N ON TXWY A. AFTER RUN-UP; I CONTINUED N ON TXWY A AND ACCIDENTALLY CROSSED THE HOLD SHORT LINE. I STOPPED IMMEDIATELY. THERE WAS A CESSNA ON FINAL; AND FROM MY PRESENT POS; I DID NOT PRESENT A HAZARD TO THE LNDG ACFT. I CALLED MORGANTOWN TWR AND ANNOUNCED THAT I WAS READY TO GO. TWR INSTRUCTED ME TO HOLD SHORT; AND NOTED THAT I HAD CROSSED THE HOLD LINE. I APOLOGIZED; AND VOLUNTEERED TO TAXI BACK. TWR SAID I WAS OK; JUST HOLD PRESENT POS. THE CESSNA DID A TOUCH-AND-GO. THE HOLD SHORT LINE ON TXWY A APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN MOVED BACK. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT I SAW THE OLD MARKINGS AND TAXIED TO THAT POINT.
