Narrative:
Cleared into 'position and hold runway 24' at teb. Subsequently cleared for takeoff. Crew had observed multiple aircraft holding short of various txwys and runways downline. During the takeoff run; the PIC observed a falcon 50 enter the active runway left to right. PIC commanded an abort as the tower called for a discontinued takeoff. Probable cause was a conflict in coordination between tower and ground control.
