Narrative:

During climb out from ZZZ1 we had an rnp light come on indicating a possible navigation system error. Found rnp varied up to 18 mi. Confirmed navigation error with aircraft VOR's and ATC. Worked problem until over ZZZ2 VOR. Tried to update IRS's; but both system dumped. We lost all primary navigation and attitude displays. Declared an emergency while descending out of FL310 and diverted to ZZZ2. ATC gave us no-gyro vectors to a VFR landing. Overweight landing was uneventful.
