Narrative:
PIC was on training with a cfii trainer. PIC was distraction by training and failed to put landing gear down. Trainer also failed to correct the situation. PIC will receive additional training and trade planes -- to a fixed gear to avoid future problem with this event. No damage to other property may/tue/06 and minimal to plane -- propeller strike -- will need to overhaul.

Title: AN M20C PLT RPTS LNDG GEAR UP WHEN HE BECAME DISTR BY THE TRAINING. A CFII WAS ON BOARD.
Narrative: PIC WAS ON TRAINING WITH A CFII TRAINER. PIC WAS DISTR BY TRAINING AND FAILED TO PUT LNDG GEAR DOWN. TRAINER ALSO FAILED TO CORRECT THE SITUATION. PIC WILL RECEIVE ADDITIONAL TRAINING AND TRADE PLANES -- TO A FIXED GEAR TO AVOID FUTURE PROB WITH THIS EVENT.
