Narrative:

Apparently loaded FMS improperly. Missed turn to spa after dawgs and was following a direct course FMS to psk. 20 NM north of dawgs ATC queried our heading then turned us to spa. Although we verified the routing prior to departure; the spa fix somehow dropped out and is still unclr to me how this occurred.

Narrative: APPARENTLY LOADED FMS IMPROPERLY. MISSED TURN TO SPA AFTER DAWGS AND WAS FOLLOWING A DIRECT COURSE FMS TO PSK. 20 NM N OF DAWGS ATC QUERIED OUR HDG THEN TURNED US TO SPA. ALTHOUGH WE VERIFIED THE ROUTING PRIOR TO DEP; THE SPA FIX SOMEHOW DROPPED OUT AND IS STILL UNCLR TO ME HOW THIS OCCURRED.
