Narrative:

While taxiing out; mia airport changed runways. We were cleared into position and hold runway 27. While positioning aircraft; we were confused by signage and missed our turn point. We proceeded onto runway 30 by mistake. When we realized where we were; mia tower was notified. Mia tower then canceled landing clearance for another aircraft on final for runway 30. The hold short signs for runway 27 that are on runway 30 make runway 30 look like runway 27.

Narrative: WHILE TAXIING OUT; MIA ARPT CHANGED RWYS. WE WERE CLRED INTO POS AND HOLD RWY 27. WHILE POSITIONING ACFT; WE WERE CONFUSED BY SIGNAGE AND MISSED OUR TURN POINT.
