Narrative:
Accomplished work card. After operational test; I began to repair obvious findings. Row 12D and row 14D emergency light lens may have been inadvertently switched around. Correction was made by fellow employee. Contributing factors: working between aisles; cabin service cleaning crew interrupted me several times; which I had to move and repos myself constantly several times.

Narrative: ACCOMPLISHED WORK CARD. AFTER OPERATIONAL TEST; I BEGAN TO REPAIR OBVIOUS FINDINGS. ROW 12D AND ROW 14D EMER LIGHT LENS MAY HAVE BEEN INADVERTENTLY SWITCHED AROUND. CORRECTION WAS MADE BY FELLOW EMPLOYEE. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS: WORKING BTWN AISLES; CABIN SVC CLEANING CREW INTERRUPTED ME SEVERAL TIMES; WHICH I HAD TO MOVE AND REPOS MYSELF CONSTANTLY SEVERAL TIMES.
