Narrative:

I was working the charleston low sector at ZJX. Air carrier X appeared on my scope descending to FL240. Due to an active MOA and other traffic; I called the summer sector and requested air carrier X on H190 for descent. Air carrier X checked on my frequency; H190 descending to FL240. I issued air carrier X descent to FL210. A few mins later conflict alert activated with aircraft Y level at FL240. At this time air carrier X was approximately FL248 descending to FL210 about 12 mi north of aircraft Y; opposite direction. I immediately issued a right turn to H230 for air carrier X. Shortly after; I asked air carrier X to tighten the turn to H240. After the aircraft had passed; I returned air carrier X on course.
