Narrative:

Just before I left on a trip; I had the latest download for my avidyne mfd loaded. Upon my initial call up to cos approach; controller informed me I was 1 mile 'inside a restricted area.' he vectored me east to get out of same. After landing; I opened my sectional and found restricted areas R2601; a and B. I was purposely clear of airburst B MOA. My mistake was in relying on new download from garmin and not verifying by double checking my sectional.
