Narrative:

Start of service; turbulence started and 3 of my flight attendants got hurt. I became below my staffing requirements. I used 2 cabin crew persons deadheading. I drafted both to work the trip. I was checking on my flight attendants who got hurt and the passenger who also got hurt. I needed these flight attendants to make sure that all safety issues were being taken care of; the service was being taken care of; and I needed physically able flight attendants to cover all the required doors for landing. I am glad that I had qualified flight attendants that I could use in this situation and I knew that all safety and required issues were taken care of.
