Narrative:

Complete power (electrical) loss; no communications or navigation radios/avionics operating while at 7000 ft MSL on an IFR flight plan from waycross; GA; to ft myers; fl (page). Power loss occurred south of draft intersection on V157. Several attempts to re-energize avionics and re-contact ZJX were unsuccessful. Descent in VFR/VMC conditions to ocala international (ocf). Entered traffic pattern and landing gear would not operate electronically. Manual gear extension was successful and an uneventful landing followed. Maintenance subsequently replaced the voltage regulator.
