Narrative:

I was working sat sector. A VFR cessna got out of position. The tower called down to find out his intentions. I immediately turned the cessna and called traffic on a departing aircraft; and got visual separation. The tower called to request a nonstandard go around heading on A320. I approved the heading. Needing to talk to A320 aircraft; I called the tower to ship the A320. The A320 aircraft checks in I immediately turn him and call traffic on aircraft landing vgt; A320 calls traffic in sight; I instruct visual separation. Corrective action would be to stay with standard climb out; and not have aircraft fly over the airport.
