Narrative:
Removed #1 IRU and took to terminal stores for matching replacement unit. Unit arrived at departure time. Installed IRU; unit failed installation test; placarded #1 IRU. Make sure replacement units conform to ipc. When terminal stock was given unit to match; delivered completely different part. Unit was replaced with correct part in ZZZ1 on jan/wed/06.

Narrative: REMOVED #1 IRU AND TOOK TO TERMINAL STORES FOR MATCHING REPLACEMENT UNIT. UNIT ARRIVED AT DEP TIME. INSTALLED IRU; UNIT FAILED INSTALLATION TEST; PLACARDED #1 IRU. MAKE SURE REPLACEMENT UNITS CONFORM TO IPC. WHEN TERMINAL STOCK WAS GIVEN UNIT TO MATCH; DELIVERED COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PART. UNIT WAS REPLACED WITH CORRECT PART IN ZZZ1 ON JAN/WED/06.
