Narrative:

On arrival at tiw; we were cleared for a visual approach; then cleared to land; at 50 ft AGL; an aircraft with no lights was spotted on the runway about 500 ft from the approach end. A go around was made and we were diverted to bfi for landing. On arrival at bfi; I contacted tiw tower and they indicated the other aircraft had landed gear up and they were not aware of the aircraft on the runway.
