Narrative:
1 aircraft on ads localizer on vap. Ads localizer is a 330 degree heading. 1 aircraft departure dal on 340 degrees (standard procedure SID). Aircraft came within 3 NM of each other with 10 degrees convergence. This departure procedure does not provide separation with ads arrs. 1000 ft and/or 3 NM (I don't believe) was provided those aircraft due to faulty procedures.
