Narrative:

On oct/sat/05; pilot asked maintenance to have dents on leading edge looked at. I checked 2 dents on l-hand wing leading edge and recorded both dent dimensions on a non routine card. I checked allowable dent limits in srm and found them to be within limits; no further action was required by my calculations. On oct/thu/05; I learned by a co-worker that I had made an error in my calculations. One of the dents were just out of srm limits and required re-work.
