Narrative:

I visually inspected the fuel pump installation on aircraft. Due to time allowance/shift change; I was not able to witness the fuel pump leak check. Next shift maintenance proceeded with the fuel pump leak check. If any leaks were detected during the engine runs; maintenance should have documented such items. I feel very strongly my part of the visual inspection was satisfactorily completed. To the best of my knowledge; there was no mechanical breakdown of the fuel pump.
