Narrative:
An air carrier handed off from ZDC was descended to 11000 ft on a clearance direct bwi (destination). The aircraft was not turned in a timely manner to avoid the prohibited airspace north of dca. I was distraction with other duties that I am required to do; with the late night confign at this facility. This could be avoided if there was a fdio that handles all of the tickets for the area at the position.
